Payment & Refund
All payment are in USD and made through Paypal.
50% of the payment must be made firstly when I send the final sketch. Full payment must be made when I complete your order. If I did not receive the full payment, I will not send you the completed version of your order, and you will be placed in my blacklist.
Refunds are only given when I haven't started on your order. Otherwise, no refunds will be given.
Commission works are for PERSONAL USE.
Chargebacks without reason or due to irresponsible buying will result in being blacklisted. If you have any problems, please contact me.
PROCESS
I have the right to decline your commission, if it's something that I am not comfortable drawing.
Please do not be afraid to tell me if there any thing that need to be fix during the process, it would help me a lot to actually know the details. I want my client to feel satisfied with the work I made.
PLEASE send with a full references art on the characters and put in more details about it (exp; pose, background..)
You can ask for edits and changes during the sketching phase. I will send another WIP to check the colors. I won't make any changes on the final piece, unless some mistakes were made.
Your order will be completed in a few days or in 2-3 weeks depending on the difficulty or life/mental situations, unless there's a deadline given. I will notify you in case of delays.
Final work will be sent via email or google drive.
COPYRIGHTS / USAGE
I, as the artist, reserve all rights to produced artwork.
Commissions are for your personal use only, which means you can't make a profit using my artwork in any way. This doesn't apply if you have bought the commercial rights.
I retain the right to publish the artwork on my platform and use it in my portfolio, unless otherwise discussed.
By purchasing any of my services, you have automatically accepted my Terms of Service and must oblige to follow them.
